A few notes about this year’s camp:
Our activities will be at various locations in the Lumsden area, including QVN, Wascana Trails, Lumsden High School, and Living Skies (Retreat) hill. As such, we ask parents to be available to transport their kids to the appropriate locations. A detailed camp schedule will be emailed to you closer to the start of camp, including locations and when transportation will be needed.
Event organizers are doing everything possible to ensure a safe event during COVID-19 times. We can’t eliminate the risk entirely, but we can reduce the risk of transmission by:
Limiting the number of participants and spectators at the camp
Organizing activities that allow for physical distancing
Putting extra emphasis on cleanliness and personal hygiene practices
Following the rules and procedures developed by Biathlon Canada and Biathlon Saskatchewan to ensure compliance with health directives from Sask. Health

What does this mean for you?
Please register if you expect you will attend but do not pay for the camp at the time of registration. We’ll assess the COVID-19 situation in Saskatchewan and in our area closer to the camp and confirm whether it will still be a go by email. This will also give you time to cancel or withdraw from the camp should you develop symptoms or test positive for COVID-19 between the time you register and when camp arrives.
Each person attending camp, including coaches, athletes, and the few spectators we have space for, will be asked to complete an electronic self-assessment for yourself or your child prior to attending each day of camp – the link will be sent to you by email. Please answer the questions in the self-assessment truthfully.
Athletes will be assigned to a group upon arrival and will stay in that group for the duration of camp.
Please become familiar with the rules we are expected to follow here.
Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. You can email qvnskiclub@gmail.com prior to camp, or speak to one of the coaches during camp.
